• Recognized as an ICS Mounted SAR Technical Specialist to provide input to emergency / disaster incident management Planning regarding effective use of the resource.
• NIMS compliant & other national level credentials
• Experience in multi-operational area incidents working with unified command
• 2002-2006 CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) Program Coordinator and Citizen Corps (Homeland Security program) for Tulare and Kings Counties in CA; State of CA CERT Workgroup member; Citizen Corps representative to state level. Includes experience as CERT Liaison Officer, exercise design, etc.
